Assign roles to console users
Assign roles to console users so that they can complete activities in the console. When you assign a role to console users, console users are assigned the permissions from that role. Console users can perform tasks that they have permissions for.

Go to My practice or Console > All > Users and contacts > and select Users.

Find the console user and select Edit.

Select the Roles information tab.

Select an empty row under Role name, then choose a role from the dropdown.
If you do not see the role that you need, you can create and assign a new role by selecting Add. Learn how to define roles for console users. -
Save your changes.

When the Verify your identity page appears, enter your password.

Go to My practice or Console > All > Users and contacts > and select Users.

Find the console user that you want to assign roles to.

Select More actions > Edit at the end of the row.

Select an empty row under Role name, then choose a role from the dropdown.

Select Save.
