Some Sage Intacct applications work differently in a multi-entity shared company. It can be helpful to prepare for these differences to ensure you work efficiently in the application.
About Projects in a multi-entity company
In Projects, the following can only happen at the entity level:
- AR sales invoice generation.
- Credit card transactions.
- Manually posted cheques (handwritten cheques are posted as manual payments).
- Recurring transactions.

Sage Intelligent Time
When project time is placed at the entity level, Sage Intelligent Time works only with that one entity.
Construction
Administrators working at the entity level can enable or disable grant fields.
Users working at the entity level cannot enable or disable grant fields, even if they can access the top level.
