Track when an employee is out of office

You can access, track, and edit when an employee is on vacation or unavailable to work on projects or tasks. The entries and time that an employee is booked on tasks appear on the employee's schedule. Out-of-office entries typically include the following:

  • Vacation time or extended illness

  • Conferences, seminars, or training sessions that are not charged to projects

  • Temporary changes in work schedule, such as a temporary part-time schedule

You can use this list to manage the out-of-office schedule for yourself and employees that report to you. If you do not have any employees, your schedule is the only one that appears in the list.
