Select Allocation from one of the following lists to display the Allocation page:

• My timesheets

• Staff timesheets

Allocation buttons and links field descriptions

Field	Description
Allocation	Select an allocation so that Intacct can distribute time.
Add allocation	Add an allocation in a timesheet or time clock entry.
Cancel	Cancel including an allocation in a timesheet or time clock entry.

Entries section

In the Allocation entries section, the fields that appear depend on the transaction allocation that you select. Go to Create a transaction allocation definition for more information.

Allocation	Displays the allocation percentage values.
Location	Displays the allocation locations.
Department	Displays the allocation departments.
Project	Displays the allocation projects.
Customer	Displays the allocation customers.
Supplier	Displays the allocation suppliers.
Employee	Displays the allocation employees.
Item	Displays the allocation items.
Class	Displays the allocation classes.
Warehouse	Displays the allocation warehouses.
Task	Displays the allocation tasks.
Cost type	Displays the allocation cost types.
