Inactivate or delete custom fields

You can inactivate a custom field to remove it from all picklists and prevent it from being used in new transactions. Inactivated fields retain all data that was previously entered in Sage Intacct

If you do not use a custom field and no longer need the previously entered data stored in Intacct, you can permanently delete it. After you delete a custom field record, you cannot restore it. When you're unsure whether you want to delete a custom field, set its status to inactive.

This list supports the enhanced lists interface. Learn more about using enhanced lists.
