Manage and view Smart rules
The Smart rules list displays all the Smart rules created for your company. To display the Smart rules list, go to Customization Services or Platform Services > Object customizations > Smart rules.
This list supports the enhanced lists interface. Learn more about using enhanced lists.
Access to certain features in Customization Services or Platform Services are based on your administrative privileges. See the table below to determine what kind of administrator you need to be for each feature. Learn more about Permissions for Customization and Platform Services.

We recommend limiting this permission to one or two admin users who control the authorization and installation of applications with UDDs. The installation of applications with UDDs must be authorized. There might be an associated cost for the company installing the application, UDDs cannot be uninstalled after they are in use, and transaction and report processing times can increase as UDDs are added. |
About the Smart rules list
You might have a Smart rule added using Customization Services. If so, you can edit, view, and delete it if you have the required permissions for the object and fields related to the rule.
If a Smart rule was added as part of a package, it has a package name, and you can only view the Smart rule. To change a Smart rule that's part of a package, contact the package creator.
By default, the Smart rules list shows only active Smart rules. To view all the Smart rules, from the Status field, deselect Active.
