Custom report objects—Contracts

Use the custom report writer (available with your Customization Services or Platform Services subscription) to create Contracts reports using the following report objects. See custom report writer for detailed information on how to create reports.

Contains the fields used in the billing price list entry table.

Use this object as the Primary data source to report on Range type pricing.

Billing price list entry detail tier

Contains the fields used in the billing price list entry tiers table.

Use this object as the Primary data source to report on Tier type pricing.

Contract

Contains the fields found on the contract, including renewal information. Does not include contract compliance information.

Contract billing schedule Use the Contract billing schedule entry object as the primary data source.
Contract billing schedule entry

Contains the fields used in the billing schedule table.

Use this object with the related Contract Billing Schedule object to create complete reports on your billing schedules or to create renewal forecast reports.

Contract billing template

Contains the fields in the billing template header.

Use the Contract Billing Template Entry object as the Primary data source for billing template reports and include fields from this related object.

Contains some of the fields that describe an MEA bundle.

Use this object as the Primary data source and include fields from the related Contract MEA Bundle object to create complete reports on MEA allocations.

Contains some the fields regarding MEA allocations.

Contract posting configuration - expense

Contains the fields related to the accounts to which expense items should post.

Revenue template

Contains fields in the revenue template header.

Contract revenue template entry Contains the fields in the revenue template details section. This object shows details for predefined percentages or project-based revenue templates.

Contract revenue schedule

Use the Contract revenue schedule entry object as the Primary data source.

Contract revenue schedule entry

Contains the fields used in the revenue schedule table.

Use this object with the related Contract Revenue Schedule object to create complete reports on your revenue schedules or to create renewal forecast reports.

Contract schedule forecast

Use this object to create forecast reports. Filter on Journal type and Type. Run report using transaction currency or base currency.

Forecast revenue amounts use the contract line's exchange rate.

Contract subledger links

Contains access to GL data with links to the contract, contract line, revenue schedule, expense schedule, and/or billing schedule from which the GL posting originated. This information is similar to the data displayed in the Transaction History tab of a contract or contract line.

Contract usage data

Contains fields used in usage records. Include fields from the Contract line related object to create complete reports on usage data.

Generate invoices Contains filter fields and invoice options used to generate invoices.

Generate invoices preview header

Contains fields displayed in the Review Invoice header.

Select a transaction definition after the data source when you start creating the report.

Generate invoices preview snapshot line

Displays data specific to a saved Preview snapshot.

Use this report object to create reports for Preview snapshots.

Contains filter and invoice option fields used to create a preview snapshot.

Use this report to list and compare your preview snapshots.

Contains fields used in filter sets that you may use when you generate contract invoices.
