Staff time clocks list—Sage Intelligent Time
The Staff time clocks list includes active time clocks and a history of time clocks of employees that you manage. This list ensures that you are aware of which employees are clocked in or out and which project or task they work on.
From the Staff time clocks list, you can do the following:
The entries display the times that employees clocked in and out of a project or task. These entries appear after employees clock in, clock out, or start and end their break. You can filter the list to a subset by entering the appropriate text in the filter field. For more information, go to Filter a list.

Time clock date |
The date that the employee worked on a project or task. |

Employee name |
The name of the employee. |

Clock in time |
The time that the employee clocked in to a project or task. |

Clock out time |
The time that the employee clocked out of a project or task. |

Total time |
The total time that the employee worked on a project or task. |
|
Customer |
The customer associated to a project or task. |
|
Project |
The project associated to a task. |
|
Task |
The task associated to a project. |
|
Item |
The item associated to a project or task. |
|
Day |
The day that the employee worked on a project or task. |
|
Billable |
Displays a check mark when a project or task is billable. |
