Dashboards list

This list supports the enhanced lists interface. Learn more about using enhanced lists.

Use the Dashboards page to see a list of all the dashboards that you can view, edit, or delete. If you're not an administrator, this means only dashboards that you own.

If you're an administrator, you can view, edit, or delete any dashboard, regardless of who owns it.

Viewing, editing, and deleting dashboards each have separate permissions. If you do not have 1 of these permissions, you cannot perform that task. For example, you can have permissions to view and edit dashboards, but not to delete them.

Change the overall appearance and assign permissions.

See the current settings for appearance and permissions.

View components

Show the dashboard, where you can add, edit, and delete components.

Delete

Remove the dashboard.

Sort dashboards

To re-arrange the list of dashboards based on 1 of the column headings, select the column heading. For example, to list dashboards alphabetically by owner, select Owner.

Filter the list of dashboards

To shorten the list of dashboards based on 1 of the column headings, enter the first few letters to use as a filter (beneath the column heading), then select Go.

For example, to show all dashboards owned by anyone named Jenny, enter "jenny" beneath Owner, and then select Go.

To expand the list to show all dashboards available to you, select Clear.
