Cannot find bills to pay

On the Pay bills page, you might receive a message that no bills were found or you might not see the bills you expected. The following table describes possible reasons for bills not showing up on the Pay bills page.

Unless you configured Accounts Payable to display all ready-to-pay bills, apply a filter to load bills. Make sure the filter results in less than 1000 bills. If more than 1000 bills fit the filter criteria, process payments for some of the bills that appear, then run the filter again to get a fresh batch.
