Manage automatic delivery schedules—DDS
This topic shows you how to view a list of scheduled Data Delivery Service (DDS) deliveries and modify delivery schedules. You can perform these tasks at any time.
View an automatic delivery
Use this task to find and view the details for a DDS automatic delivery.
- Go to Company > Setup > Data Delivery Service.
- Select Automatic to view the list of scheduled DDS jobs.
- From the Automatic page, find the schedule and select View to open the schedule page.
If you need to make changes, select Edit to open the schedule for editing.
Change a scheduled delivery
Any part of an automatically scheduled delivery can be changed.
- Go to Company > Setup > Data Delivery Service > Automatic.
- Find the schedule that you want to change and select Edit.
- Make the necessary changes.
For example, you can change the frequency of the delivery, or the delimiter in the delivery files. A different reporting or aggregating tool might require files to be separated by periods instead of commas. The requirement for including column headers can also vary from tool to tool.
- Save your changes. The changes take effect when the new delivery trigger is reached.
- Optionally, select the return to list icon (Go to list) at the top of the page to return to the list of scheduled deliveries.
Change the delivery location for scheduled deliveries
You can easily change the location where you send the extracted data for a scheduled delivery. You need to have the proper permissions for the delivery location, however.
- Go to Company > Setup > Data Delivery Service > Automatic.
- Find the schedule to change and select Edit.
- In the Delivery options section, change the Destination location.
- For a new service, select Add. Then provide the necessary details to add a Cloud service account.
- Verify that Sage Intacct can log in to the cloud service.
Delete or pause a delivery schedule
If you no longer need a scheduled delivery, you can delete or disable a delivery schedule.
Delete a delivery schedule
- Go to Company > Setup > Data Delivery Service > Automatic.
- Find the schedule to delete.
- At the right of the row for that schedule, select Delete.
Disable a scheduled delivery
- Go to Company >Setup > Data Delivery Service > Automatic.
- Find the schedule to disable and select Edit.
- In the Delivery options section, clear the check mark from Enable scheduled data delivery.
- Select Done.
Find file names
The following task shows you how to find the names of files included in a delivery.

View the history for that job: Company > Setup > Data Delivery Service > History.

Select the job and then select View.
In the DDS jobs section, the rightmost column shows a list of all the files included in the delivery. If you enabled file naming indicators, the file names include the type of change: created, updated, or deleted.
