Welcome to Data Delivery Service

Data Delivery Service (DDS) enables you to extract large amounts of company data from Sage Intacct and send it to a cloud location where you can use it for:

How DDS works

You configure Data Delivery Service (DDS) to extract a specified amount of company data. Your company data is updated with the most recent version with each export, so you are always working with current, up to date data.

DDS exports the most recent version of your data without saving a copy of the previously exported data.

DDS has a History Log that provides information on all the DDS activities for each job. You can review the DDS History Log for a comprehensive record, including the list of files involved, the number of new, updated, and deleted objects, and any errors encountered during the delivery process.

DDS flexible adaptability

DDS provides the flexibility to meet a wide variety reporting needs that can vary between companies and departments. This allows you to use your own tools to analyze data from different sources, then combine the data for processing.

You can do the following with DDS:

  • Extract data from Intacct and send it to a cloud location as a set of .csv files.

Export substantial amounts of data automatically, at a set frequency, or on demand. DDS can export millions of records, which can then be aggregated and summarized outside of Intacct. Exported data can be formatted for consumption by others (such as a CFO or auditor) or queried with business intelligence (BI) tools.

  • Choose which objects to export.

Choose from the available standard and custom objects from which to export data. DDS exports data from each object to a .csv file with an option to compress the files.

  • Specify the frequency of export.

Deliver data automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, or manually deliver data.

  • Export data without specialized coding knowledge.

Easily export data without APIs or IT assistance. You simply select the data and specify its destination. You can also use APIs to export data, if preferred.
